ALPHA WATER TECHNOLOGIES
The revolutionary AWT system uses an advanced hydrodynamic cavitation process to desalinate, remove contaminants, separate solids and destroy all biological contaminants. This approach is at least ten times more energy efficient and ten times lower cost than RO desalination. Reliability is unmatched since no filters are used in the primary system.
Green Energy Solutions
Green Energy Solutions may be low-emissions or in some cases, zero-emission solutions that are being offered through the services of Sterling Development Global (SDG). These may be grid systems or fully off the grid solutions.
Costa Rica Blue Water
We will be launching Costa Rica Blue, a new bottled water company that is bottled at the source in the Nicoya Costa Rica Blue Zone. This is the most healthy water in the world.
Our Team
Mark Henderson
CEO
Mark B. Henderson oversees International Business Development. With a professional background in marketing, finance and sale. Mark also ensures the coordination of the different technologies, patent owners, project managers, and other key personnel for all the ongoing projects.
He also works extensively with other team members in order to ensure maximum returns for projects, in addition to mitigating any potential disruption to those who may be displaced or otherwise troubled by the larger developments.
Mark is fluent in Spanish and works with patent owners and Developers, the Research and Development Teams, and others in order to ensure that all the technologies involved provide viable solutions to modern concerns.
Mark also works in cooperation with Project Planners and Designers to allow for a more stable coordination between groups. Mark has lived in Central America and has a very unique understanding of how to do business in Latin America.
Steve Mahoney
President
Stephen R. Mahoney is a Founder and also the Executive Director of Project Development and Operations. All of the individual project managers will report to Steve, who will be tracking and recording progress and operational oversight in order to assure all projects stay on schedule and budgets. Steve has 25 years Project Management Experience covering engineering, electrical, mechanical, software, computer, medical, enterprise integration and construction.
An added skill he brings to the table is the ability to establish needed systems to create a centralized global tracking center. The initial function of this center will be tracking the telemetry produced by Power Generating Stations and Water Production Facilities. This is in part to ensure full payment for all utilities being generated, but also to ensure the continued and uninterrupted operations of all systems globally. Having lived many years overseas, Steve brings understanding of doing business in Scandinavia, Europe and Asia.
David B Stewart
Vice President
David Stewart has over three decades of experience in areas ranging from technology to real estate. In his initial years, he had set up several technology firms with innovative products: He has designed one-way trailer system to track location of trailers and commissions.
He has also designed, manufactured and distributed a ten-key pad to make entry of numbers easier on a newly designed low-cost color computer.
Between 1980 and 1997, he set up Quality Copies and was responsible for the entire management of the firm. He acquired a golf club manufacturing & marketing company and sold clubs nationwide
Currently Mr Stewart is heading up our Costa Rica Bottled Water project
